Golden Gate from Marin

Golden Gate Bridge, December 24:  San Francisco can be a rather foggy place, and on December 24th, that was definitely true in the morning--the fog forced a 90-minute delay in my flight to SFO. On my way to Santa Rosa, I couldn't resist stopping at the park on the Marin County side of the Golden Gate Bridge to take a couple of pictures. And, because I'd never done it before, I decided to walk all the way across the Golden Gate Bridge from Marin County to San Francisco and back again. Shown here is the view of the Golden Gate, as seen from the vista point on the Marin County side of the bridge.
