Roosevelt Bridge

Sunday, February 29: Roosevelt Island, located in the middle of the Potomac River between Rosslyn in Arlington and the Kennedy Center in DC, is a wilderness located in a heavily urbanized area. Cutting across the southern part of the island is the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge, which is part of Interstate 66.
