Coastal Prairie

Monday, April 26: On the trail around Eco Lake, which is actually part of the sewage treatment for the Flamingo area of Everglades National Park, there's an area where you can leave the trail and visit some of the coastal prairie area. In a lot of ways it reminded me of parts of the Kettle Moraine in Wisconsin, but the plants were completely different. The mosquitoes, however, where no less vicious.
