Sharks Overhead

February 5, 2005: Ever since I was a little kid, I always wanted to see the Shedd Aquarium, and it definitely does not disappoint. What amazed me the most was the number of live demonstrations and talks given by volunteers. Far from being a static "aquarium museum," the staff made it a very interactive experience. In this photo, there is a shark swimming overhead. In addition to a large shark tank, the Shedd Aquarium also featured dolphins, whales, and many species of tropical and not-so-tropical fish.
