Schell Brewing

Friday, November 24, 2006: After leaving from my parents' house in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, I drove roughly four hours to get to New Ulm, Minnesota--the home of August Schell Brewing Company. Schell is the largest beer producer in Minnesota, and their brewery is the second-oldest in the United States. This is a view of their main production plant, on the same hillside it's been on since 1860.
