Nanao Castle Ruins

Nanao; Monday, June 12, 2006: About an hour by local train from Kanazawa, Nanao is in the middle of the Noto Peninsula, which sticks into the Japan Sea. After a cab ride up a mountain, we were at the ruins of Nanao Castle. Since we were the only people there, it was easy to explore, and for Eric to take pictures for his castle site at www.jcastle.info.
