Basswood from Bayfield

July 22, 2007; Bayfield, WI: Since I was on the road for a long time, I needed to stretch my legs. I wound up walking from my cottage at Sailor's Solace down to the Lake Superior shore, and took this picture of Basswood Island from near the Madeline Island ferry dock in Bayfield.
