Sea Caves and Eagle Island

July 28, 2007; Apostle Islands National Lakeshore: Here's another view from the mainland trail, looking sort of northeast along the cliff face, with tiny Eagle Island in the background. The sound of waves crashing against the cliffs, and the occasional sounds of water sloshing and echoing in the sea caves, makes it a really interesting experience.
