Birds and Oysters

Huntington Beach State Park; Monday, April 26, 2010:  The clouds disappeared, and created a great afternoon for visiting one of South Carolina's coastal state parks. This is part of the inland area of Huntington Beach State Park, which is roughly midway between Georgetown and Myrtle Beach. Accessible via a long boardwalk from the education center, this is an example of a saltwater marsh ecosystem.
