Brooklyn Wildlife Area 2003

June 22 was a very hot day, but that didn't stop me from exploring the Brooklyn State Wildlife Area, located along County D and County DD in southern Dane and northern Green County, Wisconsin. The main attraction if you're not a hunter? A segment of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail runs through these public lands, and offers a relatively flat hike. It's also not too far from my home.
