Sunday, March 2, 2003 was a fairly warm day and a lot of the snow that fell earlier
in February started to melt away. Here is a view of the Capitol from the Mall.

The current incarnation is a back-to-basics type of site, making extensive
use of server-side includes to create page geometries and interactive
elements.
