Devil's Lake 2003

Being so close to my home--less than 45 minutes--I decided to head to Devil's Lake on the morning of July 12, 2003. I knew I'd have a busy day ahead, but I wanted to try hiking in a part of Devil's Lake that I'd never hiked in before. Rather than making the lake itself my focus, I decided to make some of the trails to the east of the lake part of my adventure.
