Shot Tower

The main attraction at Tower Hill State Park is a lead shot tower which was built in the 1800s. Molten lead was dropped from this building, which is located on top of a cliff which is accessible by a very steep trail and staircase, and then collected through an exit tunnel at the base of the cliff near a branch of the Wisconsin River.
