Savannah

The Blue Ridge Trail at Yellowstone Lake involves hiking up some fairly steep hills, and the optional detour along the Savannah Loop took me into an oak savannah. With the wind blowing fairly hard, it was kind of pretty seeing the oak trees at the top of the hill and hearing the grass blowing in the wind.
