South Unit

Though I've been to Effigy Mounds National Monument before, I'd never been to the South Unit of the park. With autumn colors in abundance, I took this photo from close to the southern end of the South Unit. Several mounds in the Marching Bear Group are visible in this photo, as well as a couple of tire tracks in the immediate foreground.
