Friday, March 3, 2006: Is it Washington, or is it somewhere in the desert? The view
of the Capitol from the desert room provided an interesting contrast to a day that was windy and
cold.
This site was originally designed in 1996 using Adobe PageMill.
The current incarnation is a back-to-basics type of site, making extensive
use of server-side includes to create page geometries and interactive
elements.
