Wisconsin River

Pike's Peak State Park is located on the Iowa side of the Mississippi River, near where the Wisconsin River empties into the Mississippi. It's also the highest bluff overlooking the Mississippi. In this picture, you can see the Wisconsin River as it meets the Mississippi. The cliff on the right is in Wyalusing State Park in Wisconsin.
