Beachcombing

Here is my friend Jason, looking at shells on the beach on Bodie Island, not too far from the Bodie Island lighthouse. We took a break from our drive to the coast to look at the ocean and the beach. Later that night a storm came through--not surprising given that this visit was during the hurricane season of 1999.
