Eagle Rock

After spending several hours crossing the state of Nebraska, I was able to start the parks part of my tour at Scotts Bluff National Monument, located near Scottsbluff and Gering in far western Nebraska. Shown here is Eagle Rock from the parking lot of the park's visitor center. There is a road and tunnel that goes through this rock to get to the top of Scotts Bluff.
