St. Vrain Creek

There are a couple of ways to travel to Rocky Mountain National Park. Most people travel via U.S. 36 from Denver, but because of wildfires that route was closed to me. Instead, I took Colorado Highway 7, which follows the St. Vrain Creek. There are many places along the road where you can park and take pictures--or fish, if you've got the permits and the gear.
