Speed: The Ride
Las Vegas; July 22, 2004: My last stop of the day was at the Sahara, where Speed:
The Ride departs from the NASCAR Cafe. This roller coaster is kind of fun, launching out of the
building and going outside along the marquee of the building. It then runs backward to get back
to the starting point. At $10 for a ride, it was rather pricey, but it was a fun way to get ready
for a flight to Oakland.
