Elephant Time

Washington, DC; March 8, 2012:  When the weather gets warm in Washington, what do people do? Well, if people have strollers, they go to the zoo. And if people are tourists, they do the same. Here is an elephant on a walk, though really I think he was looking for food from the zookeepers at the left of the photo.
