Prague; Tuesday, June 20, 2006: I wrapped up my time in Prague by paying a visit to the small Chinese restaurant next door to my hotel. Almost all restaurants in Prague are affiliated with a single brewery. Pilsner Urquell is quite common, as is Budvar (also known as Czechvar in the United States). Even the Chinese restaurant had beer on tap, which almost everyone was ordering.
