Air Force Memorial

Arlington, VA; March 9, 2011:  One of the newer memorials in the Washingon area is the Air Force Memorial, located near the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Getting there requires a little bit of a walk, but the views of Washington--and finally getting up close to this memorial, which I've seen on the Metro and from the air for the last few years--was worth it, despite the blustery and cold weather.
