Alcatraz

San Francisco, December 29:  The morning of December 29 was extremely wet and rainy, as a storm had rolled in from the ocean. I didn't let the storm deter me, though I probably should have--I wound up getting soaked through my clothes in the sideways downpour. Still, I walked the Embarcadero to get to Fisherman's Wharf, and took this picture of Alcatraz through the rain and fog.
