Pass to Whidbey

September 15, 2007; Deception Pass State Park, Washington: Here's a view of the Highway 20 bridge from Pass Island to Whidbey Island, from Pass Island. Near the bridge footings on the Whidbey Island side, a hint of a whirlpool can be seen. I definitely wouldn't want to fall into the water in this particular area.
