Riding the Rails

Verde Canyon, Arizona; November 30, 2011:  One of the more touristy things I did in Arizona was take a ride on the Verde Canyon Railroad. About halfway to Flagstaff from Peoria, the train leaves from an old mining company town called Clarkdale and goes to a dot on the map called Perkinsville...and then turns back. This is the view of the train as it rounds one of the curves just outside of Clarkdale.
