Lobby Chandelier

At Sea; October 22, 2011:  It seems that I keep running into Dale Chihuly glass sculptures wherever I go, such as the Kohl Center in Madison, and it was a bit of a surprise to see the main lobby chandelier is one of his works. However, it's not made of glass. Because of the danger of having a glass sculpture rattling around during inclement weather, this particular Chihuly sculpture is made of acrylic.
