Pelican Lake

Breezy Point, MN; April 24, 2011:  On my first full day on vacation, I took the opportunity to walk along the shoreline at Breezy Point. This is a view from near the convention center, showing the ice that had just recently come off the lake. Don't be fooled--it was actually a very warm day, with temperatures in the 60s. It just takes a while for Minnesota ice to melt.
