Springtime

Voyageurs National Park; April 28, 2011:  Spring always comes late to the north, and in fact, on April 27 it was snowing for most of the day. However, this quiet time between winter and summer, before the plants turn green and with bright sunshine overhead, can be a great time to get outside, especially when the temperature is warm and the mosquitoes haven't hatched.
