Cascade River Falls

Near Grand Marais, May 18: Flowing into Lake Superior is the Cascade River, which has two major fall areas a short hike from Highway 61. This area is only about a tenth of a mile from the highway. There is a great scenic area where you can park, cross the road, and hike; you can also take a stairway down to Lake Superior and take in the scenery.
