Stockholm; Wednesday, June 21, 2006: After lunch, we paid a visit to the Vasa Museum,
which is a large museum devoted to the Vasa, a ship that sunk nearly 400 years ago and was raised
from the water in the 1950s.
The estimated July 2006 population of Sweden is approximately 9.0 million people.
The total area of the country is 449,964 square kilometers (173,732 square miles), making it
slightly larger than California.
