Upson Falls

Upson, Wisconsin; July 9, 2013:  On a day of torrential downpours, what better to do than go in search of waterfalls in Iron County? I made a stop at a wayside just outside of Upson, Wisconsin (maybe 45 miles from the Mercer area) and took this picture of the cascades along the Potato River. The falls were further upstream, though I didn't get a good picture of them.
