The George

London; Monday, June 26, 2006: The George Inn was our last stop on our pub tour, and it's not particularly far from the infamous "Clink" prison. What's interesting about the George is that there was an inn on the location since the late 16th century, and both Shakespeare and Dickens knew of it. The Inn is now owned by the National Trust.
