Crack from Above

July 28, 2007; Apostle Islands National Lakeshore: On a beatuiful, sunny Saturday, I drove out to Meyers Beach and hiked on the mainland trail of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. One of the highlights of my sea kayak trip on Tuesday was paddling into "the crack", which can be seen here from the trail that runs along the top of the cliffs.
