Jefferson Building

Friday, March 2, 2007: One of the highlights of the Thomas Jefferson Building is the elaborate painting and decoration of the interior. Everywhere you look, there are symbols of learning and knowledge, and you can spend hours just staring at the ceiling trying to figure out the meaning of each of the paintings, quotations, and markings.
