Bill of Rights

Tuesday, March 6, 2007: Every once in a while, I stop in at the National Archives to be sure that the Constitution is still around. It was. And so was the Bill of Rights, shown above. However, the Declaration of Independence was undergoing additional restoration, being fitted with a new case.
