Tuesday, March 6, 2007: With tax time right around the corner, I thought it might be
appropriate to take a picture of the Internal Revenue Service building in Washington. It's right next
to the Old Post Office.
This site was originally designed in 1996 using Adobe PageMill.
The current incarnation is a back-to-basics type of site, making extensive
use of server-side includes to create page geometries and interactive
elements.
