Mount Bandai

In 1888, Mount Bandai erupted, creating devastation all throughout the region. More than 110 years later, you can see, hidden in the mists, Bandai-san, deep in the background. In the foreground is one of the many lakes alone the tour route; in many ways, this area of Japan is the most "natural."
