In the middle of Tokyo is the Imperial Palace, the home of
the Emperor. Here is a look over the moat that surrounds the palace
and the Imperial Gardens, our destination on the morning of August16.

The current incarnation is a back-to-basics type of site, making extensive
use of server-side includes to create page geometries and interactive
elements.
