Park Bison

Theodore Roosevelt National Park South Unit; Tuesday, July 21, 2009:  I headed back in to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and not too long before I got to the intersection for the Jones Creek Trail, I came upon this bison browsing next to the park road. Luckily I was in my car--but I was only one lane away from this very large beast.
